Refund policy

EazBody is a sub-brand of Wellue. These policies apply to purchases made at eazbody.com. Customer service and after-sales support are provided through the Wellue support team.

30-day returns and exchanges

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Product-specific return periods, if expressly stated on the product page, take precedence. Items damaged by misuse or other causes outside the warranty are not eligible under the 30-day money-back guarantee.

How to return an order

  1. Email support@getwellue.com with your order number, the reason for your request and photos showing the condition of the product.
  2. Wait for return instructions and the assigned return address. Return locations vary by region. Do not send a package to an office address or the address on the original parcel without confirmation.
  3. Return the device with all parts and accessories. Write your order number on the outside of the package and send us the tracking number.

Return shipping and refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. When a return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. If your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

After the returned goods are received and checked, we process the refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time, typically another 2 business days, to post the credit.

Warranty

The 308nm UVB device carries a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Accessories are covered for 6 months from purchase, excluding consumables. Any different product-specific warranty will be stated on that product page.

The warranty excludes unauthorized modification, disassembly, refitting or self-repair; accidental or intentional damage; natural disasters; and improper installation or use. Contact support before sending a product for inspection or repair.
